Icing types

Vanilla butter cream (any flavor listed)
Chocolate butter cream
Velvetop whipped icing (any flavor listed)
Fondant, chocolate or white

We frost all of our novelty cakes with an outer layer of vanilla butter cream covered in a layer of rolled fondant either chocolate or white.(Some exceptions apply using all butter cream)

9" round 2 layer marble cakes are iced with velvetop icing either white or chocolate. (Sheet cakes apply also)

Cupcake pull-a parts are iced with butter cream icing and airbrushed color. 16x16 size 2-3 layer cakes are the largest size Cake break can make they can be set side by side.
